Q: Why should I book using this website?
A: By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm.  Please call us if you would like to organsie an early check-in and we will be happy to do this for you, if availability allows.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 7pm.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, most rooms have undercover parking.  For the 3 rooms that do not, off street parking is available close to the room.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Balonne River Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: No, we do not have a restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for breakfast.  Continenal breakfasts are available Monday - Sunday. 

Q: Do you have wireless internet?
A: Yes, we have free wifi for all guests.  The Wifi is excellent outside all rooms and in public areas, but is limited inside rooms due to the thick concrete walls.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 1 minutes by car to the centre of St George Township.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: We are also within 1-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, we offer 8 channels of Foxtel in all rooms including sport, movies, news and entertainment.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged, if the room cannot be resold.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or cash required for first nights accommodation.

Q: Is this pet friendly motel?
A: Our motel is not pet friendly.
